"It was a completely fine stay before our early flight out. Room was big, shower was divine after 7 days hiking through the parks. Everything was super clean and comfortable and staff was polite and knowledgeable. Good restaurants within walking distance. I will stay there again if we go back."

"Good place"

When I complained to housekeeping, I was told only used towels were replaced on multi day stays: no cleaning, no bed making, no replacing of Al, used towels."

After getting assistance from Toni at front desk (she was great by the way) even she couldn't get us in our room. We had to go down to the 2nd floor with all our things and wait for her to come back and get us in another room. The room was nice. Toilet was very low to the ground. Difficult for even me at 5'4". No real blankets on the bed so...
