**Review of Comfort suites Hotel Stay**
My recent stay at the Comfort Inn was a mixed experience, with some notable highs and lows. The primary issue was the room lock, which felt outdated and caused consistent problems. Every time I tried to enter the room, the key card failed, requiring multiple trips to the front desk to get it replaced or reprogrammed. This was a significant inconvenience and something the hotel should address by updating their locking system.
On the positive side, the staff was exceptional. They were understanding, patient, and quick to assist with the key card issues, always handling the situation with professionalism and a friendly attitude. Their cooperation made the lock problem more bearable.
Overall, while the staff’s excellent service was a highlight, the outdated room locks detracted from the experience. I’d recommend the Comfort Inn for its great team, but management needs to prioritize upgrading the locks to ensure a smoother stay for future guests.
