"Our stay was okay and we all slept well. We also enjoyed the water pressure and temperature of the showers. The hotel is definitely dated with some cosmetic issues, but it wasn’t the worst. However, upon checking in and checking out, both times the front desk employee was on the phone and neither time did they acknowledge us in any way- the phone conversations were rather lengthy and could have put them on hold for just a moment to give or take our keys from us. To not be acknowledged with even some sort of gesture was rude, especially to have happened twice by different employees."

"We drove all night and booked this as a halfway point, got in at 4 am and was awoken to construction going on right outside our door plus a fire alarm being set off due to said construction. A heads up while checking in that there might be construction going would’ve been nice."

"I stayed 2 nights 2 years ago and paid $25 total for both nights for my small dog. Last year i was told they were not charging anymore for pets. This year they charged me $25 for both nights total $50. The carpet in my room was filthy. The carpet on the staircase was so badly worn it was frayed and sticking up on the steps which is a tripping hazard. "

"If I could give zero stars, I would. This place felt unsafe, unclean, and poorly maintained. The carpet was heavily stained throughout the hallway. The floor was very dirty. There were visible signs of ceiling leaks, and what appears to be black mold forming. The bathroom was in very poor condition—the sink had hair in it, the paint was chipped, and the tub showed similar wear and damage. The furniture was also in bad shape. The nightstand had peeling wood, and the mini fridge had rust-like buildup on top. There was a small bench in the room that was visibly stained and dirty. Safety was a major concern. While the main lock on the door worked, the deadbolt did not. The secondary/top security latch had been removed entirely. Additionally, there were two doors—one leading to the parking lot—that was not properly sealed, allowing outside light to come through. If my husband wasn't we me, I would have not stayed for the 1 night. Overall, this was not a safe or comfortable stay, and I would not recommend it. I took pictures just in case someone wants them!"

"Received a gift from the front desk upon check in .. Staff helpful, friendly and professional. Very nice property overall with breakfast, 24/7 refreshments and a designer lobby area .. Would visit again"
