"The room was nice and spacious, but they didn’t refill the mini fridge or toilet paper when it got low. Room service was quick and buffet options were nice. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"The food selection is good."

"This is how they handle bedding: a flat sheet is used as the only cover for the mattress, and then a shared blanket with yellow stains and dirty spots is placed on top. This is absolutely disgusting. I honestly can’t stand it. It seems to be the same all across the Americas. The hygiene standards are terrible."

"The hotel was nice, Breakfast was good, staff were friendly, but their Air-conditioning system was not working."

"They provided good breakfast, and all the staff are kindness, willing to provide good services."

"In city, with good staff We've found that we lost our Passport. The hotel staff, even though she was new and couldn't speak English very well, but she was tried very hard for helping. The hotel is located at town center. A little bit far from airport and iguazu but there are also something else to do around town."
