"I have to say the staff was so kind to help me with a luggage shipping issue, they called customer service to have it rerouted for me for a bag that wasn't even shipped by them or sent to them. It can be challenging in Japan to do things over the phone if you don't speak Japanese. I really appreciated the help! The property has amazing views of the city. A grand lobby. But the rooms have not been updated in recent decades. Our non smoking room had a faint odor of smoking, unfortunately. Thanks...
