It's the worst experience in Japan ever!! There is no staffs or check in reception. We reached there in the evening.It's dark and super cold. As I have never received the door password from this accommodation RAKUTEN STAY VILLA or Expedia, so we felt helpless at outdoor under strong wind. Fortunately there are 3 Japanese youth guests came out and help us to call the CS,finally we got my villa Password.We appreciated their help and stayed with us in the cold weather almost an hour. However, the worst has came when we got inside. We spent more than an hour to check in, took pics and input information by the electronic tablet .We reported them the TV was destroyed and out of order, even i didn't received the password, The staff said she didn't know and not her responsibility.She just urged us in completing the check in information and disturbed us from video call many times for more than 1 hour when we were having our late dinner at 9pm. (because we have to take care of my 2 kids who were hungry). I requested her for an hour late check out at 11pm for the compensation.she was not able to promise...and called again said they could change another villa for us at that moment.....I was so angry..Nobody want to move or be disturbed anymore. Indeed our conversation in Mandarin,the staff felt i was mad and annoyed.She asked if i need the translation in English speaker.(As the staff might think i can't speak in English then i couldn't blame them) I can just say NEVER Stay here again!

今回初めて宿泊して家族で満足しました。 海からも近く、徒歩で歩けるほどの距離でした。 夏の海を楽しむ為に宿泊するのも良いんじゃないかと思いました。 お部屋も綺麗で、食器や家電製品全て揃っていました。 食材だけ持って行ったら良いという所も良かったです。 ジャグジーがあったのですが、みんなに見られながら入る感じなので水着があったら良いかもしれません。 気になった所が二つだけあります。 キッチンの排水溝が直ぐ詰まるので、食器を一気に洗えないのが難点です。 後、次の日が雨だったのですが、外に出てみると玄関前に水が溜っており、荷物を車に入れる度にそこを通るので大変でした。 この二つ改善していただいたら満足度5になっていたと思います。

二家族で宿泊し、とても快適に楽しく過ごしました。ただ、体調不良のためテレビの前で親子が寝たのですが、夜中の12時に突然テレビのアラーム音が大音量で鳴り出し、とても怖い思いをしました。寝室にも聞こえるほどでした。イタズラなのかわかりませんが、困ったことはこの1点です。

チェックインの最後にオペレーターに繋がなければいけないのですが、何度トライしても繋がらずその都度初期画面に戻り予約番号を入力させられた。５回以上しましたが繋がらず、時間を置いて再度チェックインしましま。とても不便で面倒でした。 BBQをしていると隣のコンテナからかなりの音量の音楽が延々と流れていてとても不愉快でした。オペレーターにその旨言いましたが解消されず。 BBQをした場所は雨のせいかナメクジが大量発生で室内へ避難しました。 洋服を掛けるクローゼットがなく不便。 他はまぁ満足でした。

事前に送られてくるはずのチェックインの仕方のメールが届かず、こちらから問い合わせしたところ、途中でとまっているとのこと。SMSで送りますと、送られてきたが、その番号で15時チェックインしようとしたところ鍵が開かない。再度連絡すると、確認しますと待たせられ、番号が変わりましたと違う番号を言われました。その1時間後、最初伝えた番号と変わったので電話しましたと連絡がありました。チェックイン時間までに伝えてほしかったです。 その他は問題なく、楽しく快適に過ごさせていただきました。ありがとうございました。

スクリーンでYouTubeが観られるのがとても良かったです。ジャグジーも楽しめました。 まな板が新品でなかった事、浴室の掃除スポンジが始めから濡れていた事で、清潔さに不安が残りました。 それ以外はとても良いホテルでした(^^) 近くにコンビニなどがあれば更に良いと思います！
