Everything is excellent! Enjoy to stay here!

Staffs are polite and helpful! Room is spacious, tidy, clean and good view. They served our dinner for about 2 hours. It took a little bit more time but let us have a good time for chatting and enjoying the dinner. The atmosphere of whole hotel is silence, peaceful and relax. Highly Recommend!

New + modern + big + convenient onsen hotel !!!

The hotel is super nice !!! Firstly , if you drive , the location of hotel is very convenient , as their car park is right beside the hotel. Secondly , the room is very nice and new ! The room is super big , bathroom is nice , room design is modern , unlike other onsen hotel, it is very new ! Thirdly , the staffs are super nice ! Although they may not speak much English , they will try their best to understand what you need ! Fourthly, the onsen looks sooo great !!!! Compared to other onsen hotel, their onsen is very new and modern, of cause the place is big too ! If you want to find Lawson , you just only need to walk 5 mins to go there ! Highly recommend this hotel to u guys! IT IS REALLY NICE !!!!!!!

Bravo hotel

Really really surprised for staying in this hotel. Staff were very nice and helpful. Room was clean, tidy, big with nice sea view. Dinner was rich enough with good atmosphere. The environment of the onsen was very good. And there have different places for rest after hot spring. This is the only one hotel I really enjoyed much, free drinks at night ( tea, coffee, juice and different kinds of wine, especially free whiskey...), really surprising.

完璧だったのに、、、最後の対応が残念

地産地消にこだわったお食事は申し分なし。子供にアレルギー対応の食事を出していただいたこともとても感謝しております。子供連れ宿泊客が多いのも納得です。ただ、チェックアウト後の対応が残念でなりません。子供連れには比較的早めのチェックアウト時間（午前10時）でしたが、折角お天気になったのでチェックアウト後、ホテルのすぐ前の海に入りました。少し寒かったのか子供がぶるぶる震えだしたので、暖かいお茶を一杯頂きたいとお願いしたところ、全部片づけてしまったので、お茶はないというそっけない回答。ケトルでお湯を沸かして数十秒、お茶を用意するのに数分もかかりません。チェックアウトした後だけに、勿論ご厚意でお願いしますと言う事なのですが、それにしてもそっけない対応にビックリ。さっきチェックアウトしたばかりの宿泊客に対する対応としてはいかがかものかと思います。このこと出来事以外は完璧であっただけに残念に思いました。
