"The hotel was above the Nambe metro and train station for Osaka. We could walk to close nightlife activities or take a metro train anywhere with ease. Rooms were large, great view of Osaka, breakfast is at top of hotel with spectacular views. The pool was great for lap swimming. I would recommend. Store in train station by hotel had large selection of luxury goods. Recommend train to Osaka rather than car..would be quicker and elevator right to hotel. Limited express train to airport also below...

"Everyone in the receiving area are extremely helpful, they went all the way to help us move to our preferred room the next day since it wasn't available when we checked in late. Eventhoug there's an obvious language barrier, everyone tried their very best to accommodate us. The lobby is so elegant, the rooms are clean and well appointed. The most exciting part is their buffet breakfast! Its filled with lots and lots of delicious dishes! I look forward to it every morning! I definitely will...

"The shower/bath tub was the star of the show. We actually got a view from our window, so being able to look out the window every morning was nice. Bed was really comfy. Very convenient location and walking distance from Dotonbori, stores, dining, shopping places etc. Only con is the carpet, but they provide slippers for you to use even though we did not use."

"Could not have picked a better hotel. 2 adults and 2 children (12 & 15 yrs old). The room was spacious with 2 king beds, separate sitting area with couch and table. The staff was AMAZING and very helpful. They had umbrellas available for use if needed (which we did), they called taxis for us when needed, provided written directions to get to our next city while forwarding our luggage. The lobby has plenty of tables and chairs with complimentary drinks as well as a pool table for fun! Location...
