"We checked in to stay for 2 nights and the AC was broken, we asked the hotel to fix it or change the room. No one cared or dud anything to help us ... We complained to hotels.com on our first night and the customer service agent did not do anything to help. So we decided to leave the hotels after our first horrible night."
"One entrance for many room dealers, red house vip is one of them.
Poor communication except a very helpful boy.
The room had cables pilling out of the walls, holes on the roof where drops of water come out.
Air conditioning was not working and the bed and pillow was full of BED BUGS. I left running.

"We arrived at the hotel before the check-in time but the hotel front desk attendant assured us to get our room ready as quickly as possible. My family appreciates the hospitality and caring attitude after a very long tiring flight from the U.S.The breakfast buffet was a treat every morning with a plethora of fresh,delicious options to choose from. "Renaissance Polat Istabul is our home away from home. It is one of the best hotels in the best area of Istanbul. Amazing staff and special appreciation for Gizem hanim and Oguzhan at Reception for attentiveness and great customer service. Recognizing them as well as Serdar bey (luggage services and everything else for our guest needs ) and Yunus bey (breakfast/dining) as well as Burak bey supervisor for special attention and guest pleasing actions. It is always a pleasure to stay at this hotel.

"Customer service was terrible at Kuzey park (games area)
When I voiced my concerns, they do not take criticism, they started to blame my kids in their response, which shows how much they care about their customer relations.
Wifi didnt work in rooms.
Bracelets are not accepted on all facilities, still need to carry your bracelets and your card.
Even small amenities like iron, tooth paste/brush... are cost extra.
There are nothing around the resort to do.
Food was mediocre.
Facility/rooms and garden is well kept, Restaurant staff was friendly.
