I had to scramble to find another room on a busy weekend and paid nearly double the cost. Both parties are blaming each other and no one cares if we were inconvenienced ..."

"The hallways wallpaper, lobby area are looking brand new and well maintained. The rooms were spacious clean. My only concern is that the bathrooms need to be renovated. This was my second stay at this hotel. I thought maybe by the time I came the second time that they would’ve worked on the bathrooms. ..."
