Diego, the HEM, was rude from the moment we arrived. I observed that he was rude to his staff and to other customers, as well, during our stay. He is definitely not Management material. He created more conflict than he resolved.
With a full hotel the weekend we stayed, only one of two elevators was operative.
When we checked in, both rooms had trash visible in the floors.
Plumbing in both rooms was loud and in poor condition.
Guests were allowed to let their children run the halls screaming well past midnight both nights we stayed.
The hot tub, which is one of the main reasons we chose this facility due to my husband’s autoimmune disease needing to relieve joint pain, was inoperative. So we couldn’t even use that at all during our stay.
If we ever return to this area for any reason we will NOT stay here.
I truly cannot believe this facility is worthy of the Sheraton or Marriott endorsement. I was a flight attendant for nearly 20 years and always associated Sheraton and Marriott with high quality service. That was not our experience in this facility.
