"Parking lot was littered with trash. As soon as I got in the entrance it seemed shady. Had to do a $100 deposit. Hotel smelled. Room looked neglected. Remote button missing to power it on. Art had a hole in it, floor looked like it needed and hadn’t gotten a mop. M&m on the floor. Tv didn’t work said no signal. Wasn’t given WiFi so not sure if they even had it. Bathroom looked bad. Black mold on caulk. Shower had hair in it. Shower head had been pulled out and not secured again. Just looked neglected. Last paint job they did was terrible and sloppy. Won’t stay again. One plus was the shuttle service to the fiserv forum and pick up."
