We have stayed at this hotel several times. The staff is great; the room is clean and comfortable for a reasonable price. A pad is supplied to order services or do a quick web browse. The Creamery Coffee cafe has great coffee and pastries, and the other food options on-site are plentiful. We aren't big gamblers but really enjoy the Sportsbook area for watching games. As a casino hotel, the security is good and the location is very convenient to downtown, the Third Ward and lakeshore. Can't beat the valet parking either. Highly recommend this property for your trip to Milwaukee.

This venue is a little jewel tucked into the downtown area of Milwaukee. Friendly staff, super clean modern casino and the hotel room was first rate. Rooms facing east give panoramic view of the downtown and lake. Free valet parking available to guests. Earlier check in was possible as rooms became available.The only downside was how tight the slots seemed to be in our playing experience.

The place was very clean except on Saturday night when all the live music action was happening. Lots of empty glasses laying everywhere and beer bottles left on machine tops. Security was a 10 love that.

Excellent location from American Family Field! We enjoyed a very clean hotel & casino, all staff were super helpful as the property is very large to get around. We played slots and won enough to play several hours. Absolutely gorgeous property! Can't wait to go back!

Had a great stay! Using the shuttle to Brewers games was super easy and convenient. The sportsbook is super impressive, puts some of the Vegas ones to shame! Only thing that was a bit odd, is that the restaurant hours and days seems a bit random. All around clean, convenient and fun!

Had a problem with front desk saying that they overbooked king bed rooms. After some back and forth the problem was fixed but had issues with ordering service or having charges to the room due to the reservation names not being updated. The property was really nice. Food was good, casino was good. Front desk needs work.
