"The room and lobby were clean, the hotel is well located and the staff is very nice. None of what I'm about to say below is at all the fault of the employees - these are management problems. The hotel is understaffed. It took us over a half hour to get our car out of valet parking. That's ridiculous. It wasn't that the staff weren't working hard - there just weren't enough of them for the traffic. If we stay here again, we'll find a self parking lot rather than relying on the hotel (which only offers a valet option). In addition, the breakfast was disappointing. For example, they say they offer fruit, but all they had were a few overripe bananas. They offer yogurt but no plain option. They didn't offer muesli as a cereal option. The coffee was meh. You might pay more for breakfast elsewhere, but at least you'll be satisfied with what you get. Also you should be aware there is only one elevator and you can't get out to the lobby from the stairs. This means you may have to wait a bit during busy times, even if you would be willing to walk."

"The room was very large, comfortable, clean and had all the toilettries and kitchen tools needed for our stay. It is very quiet at night and the bed was very comfortable. Parking was easy and getting an uber out front took minutes. Staff were all very friendsly and accommodating. We were very happy with our stay."

"The hotel is in an old trade building - rooms are fresh and modern with a well-appointed kitchen, sitting area, large bathroom and washer/dryer. Location is close to Old Port, in heart of Old Montreal. Gym is lovely and roof is very nice. Staff are friendly. Fast Wi-Fi. The parking situation is a bit iffy. Metered street parking but not overnight and closest lots are very poorly rated. We ended up parking quite far away in a nice, expensive underground parking garage. Area is very walkable."

"very pleasant experience from the moment we checked in until we checked out, staff was very welcoming and helpful with information, the room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable, the indoor and outdoor pool were both clean and usually not very busy. i would definitely stay here again for my next visit. overall i’d say 9/10, floors 1-3 were recently renovated aswell with hardwood flooring, floors 4-7 had carpeted flooring but was still very clean and nice to walk on."
