"Front desk staff were cold and not at all welcoming. I'm a blue badge holder and asked about the parking charges ~ which were not there last time we stayed ~ curtly told EVERYBODY pays to park. Welcome hey.... only a single towel in the double room booked for 2 guests, took 20 minutes to bring another ..."
