"This property needs a serious makeover. The furniture is very old, with some moisture issues. I had to remove 2 dead roaches near the entry area. The carpet has not been cleaned in a long while and really needs to be replaced. My refrigerator is quite old with signs of mildew. As a former Federal Government Building Inspector, I would close this place down and do a remodel ASAP. It also still smells of cigarette smoke.
