"Besides the signage being confusing, everyone and everything was wonderful. One of the most beautiful rooms we've been in at the Inn, but it is pricey!"
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Downtown Asheville
10/10 Excellent
"We liked the clean rooms, large bathrooms, towels, comfy beds, great shower. We didn’t use the indoor pool but saw that the hot tub was roped off and unusable to guests. Breakfast was pretty good for people on the go. Rooms had nice furniture, comfortable. Nice size TV. Downtown Asheville only 5 minutes away by car. Lots of restaurants in area too. We didn’t use the see several homeless people hanging around near hotel by the road and nearby buildings."
"The breakfast here is quite good. The staff is friendly. I stayed for three days and received maid service each day, which seems like a disappearing commodity. The hotel is very close to the Biltmore."

4/10 Poor
"The man working when we checked in was not welcoming or nice. Honestly he was rude. He seemed to have a group of buddies hanging out in the lobby with him. The floors in the room were dirty with crumbs in multiple places. The door frame on the inside was coming off. The breakfast was very lacking and not much was offered. The beds were comfortable. The man working we checked out was very friendly. He smiled and was happy to talk to us."
"Unacceptable discriminatory policies. I made a reservation on April 28th for a one night stay on May 22. On May 8th(10 days later) I received an email from the hotel cancelling my reservation due to a "no locals policy". I live 30 miles away. There was no mention of this policy on the website and it took them 10 days to reach out to me. How is this practice allowed? I want it known to other past and future customers that this hotel is conducting business this way."
"My husband and I spent two nights at this amazing hotel, it was beautiful, clean and just the perfect place for a getaway. Breakfast was delicious, so get the option where you can add breakfast here because if you pay at the restaurant is a little bit more expensive. The only downside is that we wanted to go to the pool but it was closed due to maintenance, but other than that we had a great time! We’ll be back for sure!"
"The rooms were clean and the staff was great, but the hotel is out of date. No usb connection anywhere in the room. Breakfast bar was lots to be desired, not a large selection or variety and limited on items. But a quite stay."
