"They need to spend some money on new carpets and fixing some of the dents in the walls. It was very quiet and the staff was amazing."

"Annette was great at breakfast! Very cheerful."

"The room was spacious and pleasant view with our patio, the pool needs some upgrades asap, the break was lame, would like some fresh fruits, some better pastries options. But we only needed for a night, the train honking was annoying though out the night (but that is not the hotel fault) overall for one night and for the price the hotel is ok."

"Helpful staff Dining and bar was closed early. Breakfast was fine."

"Should be shut down. Horrible the worst place I have ever stayed at. Dirty and needs a major renovation"

"One of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had. We arrived late so by the time we got our room, I didn't have the energy to argue with the staff. The floors and stairwells were dirty and had stains all over the carpets. The room itself was nasty. Again, stains all over the carpets that looked to be some sort of oil or grease. There was trash under the bed and honestly, who knows if and when the sheets were ever actually changed. The bathroom was horrendous to the point that neither...

"Tru is clean and a nice stay but barebones."

"The staff was limited and they required you to come to the front desk for service or pick up of towels, linen etc. They only clean your room on request. The room has a refrigerator and no microwave. The microwave was in the lobby store area. The location is in the marina area and factory area, air quality was questionable, if you have any breathing issues. The casino games were cleaned early morning but after 7pm; they were not. The restaurants was clean and the service was great! The bartenders...

"Hotel was minutes from Indiana state and National Dunes parks. There were two restaurants within walking distance and a gas station across the street. But it was the people at the hotel that made it. And the bartender makes a great margarita. Definitely stay here!"

"Everything was good"

"Needs some work. The ice machine on the 2nd floor does not work. The room looked okay, however, we moved the chair and there was a pair of dirty socks behind the chair. The waffles were good, the remaining items, not so much. The toilets in our room & friends room ran slow. We had to get a plunger for both rooms. The elevator was questionable. We stayed here about a year ago and the place was okay. We will not be back."
