"I believe there are only about seven parking spots in the lot, but we were lucky enough to get one! Every staff that we encountered during our stay was super nice and helpful. We were very surprised at the cleanliness and quality of this hotel considering it was a budget hotel. It was also an added bonus that there was filtered water in the bathroom! I don’t think every room has that feature, but we were grateful for it!"

"Parking was tight but worked well, staff was beyond helpful and clean location. If they had a one and only complaint the TV was a pain to figure out to watch but was able to. Great location very close to everything felt safe. Great hidden gem for the price"

"Great Motel. Room was clean and comfortable. Could use a full length Mirror in the room but other then that we enjoyed our stay."

"We had a great stay at the Seaside Inn, The room was clean, the shower was hot, the bed was comfy, and the location was excellent. Quick walk to Equator Coffee for breakfast and from there a beautiful walk along the waterfront to Fisherman's wharf to check in with Chonkers at Pier 39. Nice shops on Chestnut and Union streets (Lombard is basically a highway). Street noise was not an issue."

"Rooms were clean and staff was wonderful. There was coffee in the room but no refrigerator. Great location."
