"We had a wonderful stay here for two nights while we visited the area for my partner's birthday. We both agreed that the bed in the room was our favourite part. It was like sleeping on a supportive fluffy cloud and we both slept so well which is new for us. The staff were lovely, the room was clean and the shower water pressure was out of this world good!! "Room was wonderful (Miraloma Suite), and steeped in history. Breakfast was included and great, along with very good service. Large adjacent lounge was an added feature. Marina view was nice, a little noise during the day due to maintenance facility right outside, but tolerable. Staff well trained and responsive. The West Coast restaurant was a short walk, and was terrific for our anniversary dinner."

"I make a yearly trip up to Vancouver Island to spend a weekend with friends and I always book a stay at the Super 8 in Duncan. It’s a nice, budget friendly property with wonderful staff and good location. You’re halfway between Victoria and Nanaimo, so there’s a lot to see and do in either direction, not to mention all the things in the nearby area. I’m already looking forward to my next trip up and I’m always happy to stay at this location."

"Our room was very clean and comfortable, nicely appointed and spacious. Most things you would need with the exception of needing to contact front desk for plates etc as needed. If we had k own upfront to use in the kitchenette we would have requested at check in. The front desk reception was just ok, very flat not really helpful needed to question to get basic answers regarding hotel check in and parking info. It was off season hotel very quiet in September.
