"This hotel is a definite blot on the brand Mercure. Absolutely substandard not worth staying."

"Great location in the CBD. Room was clean, modern and comfortable."

"Exceptional service!!! Although we didn’t need anything extra, on checkin I was made feel like nothing was too much trouble, and to just phone if we had any questions or requests. Very comfy bed too! Easy walk to shops."

"The photos didn’t do it justice. Perfect space, great location. Definitely stay there again"

"Absolutely stunning apartment! Beautifully designed and well thought out with furnishings and amenities. A warm and welcoming vibe, everything you need is supplied. Was spotlessly clean throughout. "Would definitely make this our stop over on future trips... Can't complain about anything. Well done Chaffey Motel"

"Excellent location with river view. Very peaceful and we were glad we had decided to stay on this side of the river rather than in the town of Mildura, which was very rowdy on Saturday night. Well equipped cabin with very comfortable mattresses 😊"

"Just stayed one night. Comfortable motel very handy to town. The Botanica restaurant on site was a bonus and had lovely food and good staff."

"Lots of room. Kitchen was well equipped even with an air fryer. Air conditioner in main living room and main bedroom as well as a fan, second bedroom fan only. Has a washing machine but would like to have had instructions book as it was a bit hard how to get it going. Lounge getting a bit worn out."

"Reception staff were extremely helpful and kind."
