Huge apartment built into an old store front. Very close to the mall and restaurants. Suitable for a couple and a single. Very trendy reno but a bit of a creepy vibe if you are sensitive to that. Secure parking at rear through the back alley - again felt a bit nervous at night back there but we were 2 old ladies alone. We had no trouble though at any time - it’s just good to be aware. Cold at nights - needed to keep heating on. Management were super responsive when we reported an issue so appreciated that.

Great location, plenty of space for our family and excellent communication regarding access. Top end appliances and amenities. Only difficulty was locking the back door that goes into the garage.

They provide a garage half the size of a normal garage but don’t disclose that and also hide the fact that if you park in it you get blocked in from transport vans and trucks that use the space. Other parking is only 1/2 hour metered. Terrible location and noisy on a busy street. Staff extremely unhelpful. Requests were met with “I am not your slave”.

Amazing place

Way more than we expected. It's a very good space and absolutely huge! Very modern and warehouse-like, the only downside is we could only enjoy it for one night.

Great apartment in a central location near to restaurants and shops and the river. Clean and well maintained. One room has an excellent on suite bathroom and there is a second bathroom out the rear which is accessed by the garage and is ample but not of the same standard as the on suite bathroom. But there are 2 toilets and 2 showers. The garage is very good for parking the car securely.

Was a bit sceptical upon arriving to building! Then I opened the front door and was blown away! Loved it instantly!! Awesome space, enjoyed my stay,wish I could of stayed longer! Will definitely be staying there if I happen to return...

interior was very shabby chic and loved it..the bedroom with ensuite was lovely but the other room’s bathroom was seperate and not so lovely as it was in the garage... apartment was little noisy due to street noise as was in the centre of town so bring earplugs if light sleeper...

amazing space in mildura

very comfortable place to stay with lock up garage. Minutes walk from restaurants. nextdoor to a nice litte cafe. very different kind of place but amazing and refreshing stay! highly recommended

Disappointing. Photos of room looked promising???

Encountered some terrible weather but roof was leaking, puddles of water on the floor, back room/garage was flooded and muddied and numerous appliances were not working. (Made for some not so pleasant odours). These included spa and bath, oven, washing machine and stove cook top. This certainly took away any enjoyment of the experience of staying away and management unfortunately have not been very forthcoming with reimbursement. It was a busy weekend (Friday night) and revellers were quite noisy out on street level, but the whirring of the fans from refrigeration units next door help drown it out. Very disappointed overall as the room and facilities looked quite promising in pictures that were viewed prior to booking.

Great looking warehouse apartment

Excellent location within walking distance of Mildura shops. We came up for shopping and to get away for a night. With 3 adults and 2 babies we enjoyed the huge Mildura playground and facilities for young children. We should have stayed longer.

Apartment in Mildura

We were told it was the best place to stay. It was good, however, we didn't take advantage of what was on offer because we arrived late in the afternoon and had to be out by 10am. So 2 bedrooms was a waste for us. There are no windows in the apartment, so it feels a bit odd. However it is very funky. Having been on the road, I needed to do some washing, however there was no washing powder available - which seemed odd given the other products which were available in the bathrooms and kitchen. There are 2 bikes available to ride which is a nice bonus. The parking is odd, so we didnt bother parking the car in garage as you do so at your own risk - that is you may not be able to exit due the garage being blocked in by other parked cars.
