"We stayed in the Junior suite. It was spacious and clean. A couple of complaints was that we had to go to the front desk to remind them to clean our room. We had come back after lunch around 3 p.m. in the room was still not clean. The other complaint was the side we were on was next to the train which we could hear late in the night or early morning. Overall, the hotel of the breakfast was very nice."

"The property is a five minute walk to the metro, room was spacious and clean, rooftop deck was perfect to spend an evening enjoying a complimentary espresso ... Staff was extremely nice! If ever back in Milan, we will stay here again, no doubt about that. "

"Great hotel in a great location. Easy to walk to/from Milan Central Station as well as the centre of Milan and its tourist attractions. Hotel was very clean and staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely and the drinks at the hotel bar were very reasonable. Would definitely stay again."

"Paid over £250 for a rather basic hotel - the room was fairly average. Staying for work but no iron, asked at reception at 2pm when I was going out, was not delivered to room as promised, tried calling to reception and no answer, tried using WhatsApp and no response either. Charged tourist tax on top too. Really over priced."
