"βConvenient location, but the stay fell short in other ways. The staff wasnβt very welcoming β there was little to no engagement during our interactions. The furnishings throughout felt dated and showed visible wear. Most concerning, I found hair in the tub that wasnβt mine, which was a hygiene issue ..."
