I am happy to notice that your stay was good and that you found positive aspects of being close to the mall and having common spaces. The room you choose the one for who choose to stay with us on budget but the other room are bigger and bright due to big windows and high ceilings. I am sorry that you did not see a bit of the others just to have a complete idea about the structure. Some rooms have a few things more such as the armchair or a little fridge but yeah in general are no so much accessorized cause I wanted to keep them simple and clean. Sorry for the long explanation but I designed the space and furnished it with my father so It is a privilege for me to be able to explain what it is behind. Best regards.

Gentile Chiara, ci dispiace molto per l'accaduto. Come da lei suggerito nella recensione penso che debba rivolgersi direttamente all'agenzia con cui ha effettuato la prenotazione. Noi in quanto WOODHOUSE HOTEL siamo sempre disponibili per qualsiasi dubbio o informazione dal momento della prenotazione per venire incontro alle esigenze dei nostri ospiti e se fosse stato possibile con un supplemento le avremmo assegnato una camera col bagno privato. Le consiglio di prestare maggior attenzione per le prossime prenotazioni in quanto avendo esigenze specifiche è consigliato togliersi ogni dubbio anche con una brevissima telefonata alla struttura selezionata per il soggiorno.

Infatti Woodhouse si trova nella zona industriale a Nord-Est di Cinisello Balsamo e nasce dalle ceneri di un edificio per uffici, è parte di un progetto di rigenerazione urbana a cui tengo molto. L'hotel è il primo pezzo di questa trasformazione, è arredato con pallet di legno e bobine che rendono il luogo molto accogliente, caldo e confortevole. Ti aspettiamo per un caloroso benvenuto!
