Convenient. Comfortable. Close to the main station. Large room that can sleep 4. Need to arrange with staff in advance if you arrive late.

We stayed here on our arrival to Italy. Easy to navigate from Central Train station and walkable. Pleasant staff who were extremely helpful and gave us tips and directions for using the metro and areas to visit. Room was a decent size for a family of four and the complimentary water, coffee and breakfast items were fantastic! Would visit again if in Milan.

I walked into the room and was pleasantly surprised at how large, clean, and comfortable it was. The bathroom was huge and the shower was amazing! The hotel is well-situated to Milano Centrale train station. However, it is a long walk from tourist attractions. I happen to like walking, so the 47 minutes to get to La Scala, the Duomo, etc. was not a problem. However, others may not appreciate that long walk each way. The hotel is located near a Metro line, so that should help. I appreciated the friendly manager, Michael, and all he did to help me navigate the area. He also recommended an area restaurant that was excellent!

The property is a 10 minutes walk from Milano Centrale so as shopping center and nearby restaurants. Our room was available upon arrival and it is clean and spacious. The staff are nice and pleasant. Coffee, tea, and water are available in the lobby so as in our room. Thank you.

A thoroughly enjoyable 4 night stay. Great room, loads of space, housekeeping every day so plenty of towels etc. Location is very close to Centrale station and also multiple metro stations so very easy to access / travel to anywhere you are wanting to around Milan. Complimentary water bottles / coffee were very welcome as well.

Appreciated the unlimited supply of bottled water. Also, coffee and croissants in the morning was appreciated. Our apartment for 3 people was very roomy and comfortable.

사전에 이메일로 세심하게 연락을 해주는점이 좋았습니다. 로비에는 커피와 차, 젤리, 냉장고에 있는 물과 탄산수는 무상제공되어서 좋았어요. 매일 청소서비스를 받았고, 오전에 일찍 외출할때는 무상으로 크로와상도 제공되었습니다(크로와상은 항상 있는건 아닌거 같고 조식서비스후 남은것들을 제공하는것 같아요) 단점이라면 커다란 캐리어를 가지고 숙소에 도착했을때 리셉션까지 올라가야는 계단이 6~7개정도 있어 당황했어요.

Can't fault this property! Stayed here for 4 nights, room was very spacious for 3 people, bathroom big and clean. In walking distance of Milan Central Station. Very generous they give out free water and croissants, tea/coffee etc. A very pleasant stay, would stay here again.

Great place to stay at Milan
We love the welcome wine, unlimited water provided daily that saved us a lot of time and effort to carry water bottles from mini market. Daily free coffee was excellent. We can tell this hotel is considering and caring for their customers

This property is a bit old and the room for 3 is small. However, it is very clean and customer service is very good. It also provide unlimited bottle water. It is also very close to the train station.

Great location , short walk from metro and Milano Centrale . Few restaurants also close by if you don’t want to go in to central Milan. Accommodation spacious , beautiful and clean. Reception staff extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again

Very accommodating staff. We came in after hours and they sent us an email with info on how to get in. I intentionally booked a room with a double and 2 single beds because I have a 16yo boy and 10 yo girl who do not sleep together. We got there we ended up having a king bed and one double pull out. Being that it was after hours we had to make due for that night, but they were very accommodating and moved us to a different room the next day. The location is close to the train station and a bit sketchy at night. There were not a lot of food or market choices near by. There were a lot of restraunts listed on google maps but most were not open.

Main advantage is close to train station or Milan Centrano 6 -8 minutes walk . Couple of small stores around . Check in and staff were very good and helpful. Water bottles , espresso are available for free all the time in the main lobby .

Lovely apartment, great amenities and staff, overall a great place to stay. There is nothing in tie neighbourhood, it’s run down and not great however it is 8 minutes by metro from the center of town. I would stay again as the apartment itself was great.
