It is a pleasure to know that our accommodation has been comfortable and the details in room have been appreciated.Regarding the area, we are located in a residential place, very quiet and only 5 minutes walking from the nearest metro station. By subway, you can reach the shopping area in 8 minutes (4 metro station) and the Duomo square in 15 minutes (7 metro station), which is very good for a big city like ours!We do hope to see you again! Sorry to read this review. We work hard on service and do not believe that this rating represents us.Also, in Italy during the summer there are flies and mosquitoes, I don't think this is attributable to the property.Kind Regards
