A nice hotel located close to Malpensa Airport. Stayed there because of early morning flight. It was 5 minutes by car to the airport and they provide shuttle service as well. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was a little dated but clean and comfortable.

Staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. Shuttle to and from airport was excellent, fast and convenient. Located in a residential area. Only one restaurant nearby but it is very good. Perfect for pre or post flight overnight stay at a fraction of the cost of on-airport lodging.

Ottimo per le partenze da malpensa. Facilmente raggiungibile. Possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto oltre la permanenza in hotel pagando il parcheggio in loco. Navetta per malpensa disponibile anche alle 4 di notte.

This is false advertising on the hotel's part, it was advertised everywhere as a four star hotel. This is more like a one star hotel if that. As soon as we entered the room there was a foul smell coming from the toilet. The toilet is completely disgusting with stains on the seat and smelled of urine. The shower handle had mold on it. The room was so dusty because you could see the dust on the pillows and the bed. There was also a stain on the wooden floor which seemed to not have been cleaned at all. This hotel cheated us by advertising itself as a four star hotel when it is not even one star.

The aircon for level 3 wasn’t working and it was stuff and hot through the night and the windows cannot be open. The was also limited parking on site.

Comodo hotel con ottimi servizi, ristorante convenzionato a due passi e servizio navetta per l'aeroporto efficiente ed economico. Ci ritornerò sicuramente con un volo da Malpensa. Anche il parcheggio auto è comodo e a prezzi concorrenziali.

Property was clean and nice but the employees would not let me and my kids share just 1 room for an early morning flight the next day. we were made to purchase a second room so each person had a bed all my kids are under the age of 9. Other than that scam beautiful place just not very family friendly.

Pleasant stay close to Malpensa airport
This hotel is a very good choice for those who need to have easy access to the airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the hotel's condition is very good. The staff is polite and helpful. And there is a shuttle bus service to Malpensa airport (5-minute drive).
