"Hi, in few words. Not TV in room, floor was covered with some kind of plastic, the closet is a pair of tube with couple of hangers. The amount paid is extremely high in comparison with quality. The check-in process is electronically 100%. I had to help a family coming from Morocco to figure out the check-in. This place need a lot to become a decent place to stay."

Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil à la réception a été irréprochable : le personnel est d’un grand professionnalisme, attentif et constamment à l’écoute. Une mention toute particulière à Diego pour son accueil exceptionnellement chaleureux et sa disponibilité tout au long de notre séjour. La qualité du service est remarquable partout dans le complexe, que ce soit au niveau des restaurants, pour le confort et l'entretien des chambres ou autour des piscines. Tout le personnel veille au moindre détail pour rendre le séjour agréable. Nous recommandons cet établissement les yeux fermés et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir."
