"A horrible experience (the worst we eve had). The rooms were very small and dark with no enough space to place our clothes. To make things worst, the tiny bathroom shower hot water stopped and its water pressure disappeared so we couldn't use it. I told the front desk about it and the attendant shared that they were aware of current plumbing problems. The hotel didn't offer to change the room so we couldn't shower for three days when I finally decided to check-out two days earlier since my daughter had surgery a week ago so basic hygiene was very important to us. I politely asked the hotel to refund the two days we didn't use and they simply declined and ignored my emails and WhatsApp messages after I left the building (we had to pay for another hotel so my daughter could clean-up). We candidly felt disrespected and robbed by a hotel management who plainly decided to disregard our requests just to gain a few extra dollars from their naive foreign visitors. A true shame to Medellin and Colombia."

"Room wasn't that clean and had small roaches, I've informes them immediately about it and the next day they've sent someone to do a deep cleaning but the situation with roaches in bathroom remain the same. Hotel need some maintanance and staff at front desk wasn't that friendly and didn't even ask if I would like and upgrade."

"Location is very good, 3 minutes from the metro station. The hotel is good, service is good. I only have a complain, the pictures show rooms with a desk, but the rooms do not have desk, it was very uncomfortable to work sitted in the bed. I was given a room without desk but I walked all the floor because they were cleaning, to check if one had desk and ask for a change but none of the single rooms in the 3rd room had desk, they must change the pictures."
