"The knob on the microwave was broken. The water on the bathroom wouldn't turn off all the way. The door wouldn't shut all the way. And the " Free" breakfast was a joke there was a waffle maker but no mix or much of anything. It was a very sad experience "

"This has always been my go to in Greeneville. However....this time my experience was not good. I've always been in th 300s and this time I was in the 200s. There was a smoking station right outside my room that was unpleasant. The sheets weren't very clean. I asked to change rooms and was told they were full. The staff was pleasant as always. Just maybe need to rethink my options now. "

"Additional charge for two very small yorkies was too high, $140 for two nights. Also, The floor of the room should be wet mopped between customers, as our feet became dirty if we walked barefoot in the room even from the bathroom to the bed. "

"I dont like leaving negative reviews but we booked this for an unexpected trip to Greenville when other hotels were booked. Lobby stays locked, you have to call someone from outside to open it. Walked in the room, took one look amd smell and walked bacl out. There was almond on the floor right as we walked on... bathtub had shaving cream on it.. bathing towels were basicslly hand towels. Room smelled of must and old cigarette smoke.. Its a great location.. but that os the only good thing. With an overhaul thos place would be worth the budget money.. but as it sots.. i would never go back. We did not stay the two nights we booked and drove to Johnson City."

"Have stayed at this property several times with excellent experiences. However, there was a noticeable difference in this stay. The entire back wall of the shower had been shattered and patched back together with epoxy. A very shabby repair and less than welcoming. Your beds are comfortable; however they were too high for my mother to get in and out off. When I requested a step stool from the desk you would have thought I had four heads. While checking out I needed to speak to someone in person. My elderly mother and I stood at the desk for more than 5 minutes as the attendant and another employee stood talking and laughing loudly about personal issues. Customer service went from very good to nonexistent in the six months from our previous visit. We paid higher than normal rates to visit family - no doubt in part to opening day at the local theme park. We won’t be back. "
