"Arrived at hotel at 4pm after full day of travel from Seward. 3pm check in but room not ready. Room finally ready at 5pm. Manager said she would give $200 credit. Never received the credit. Room was dirty with worn and frayed carpet. Breakfast buffet was one of the most sparse I’ve ever seen. Coffee was good. Considering I paid $600/night it was extremely disappointing."

"I loved the clean facility and the staff were friendly and helpful. There was no hot water in our room the first two nights - extremely quick and cold showers. And the pool was closed for maintenance which was the whole reason I booked the room in the first place."

"Staff were great"

"Great location. Clean and well maintained"

"There was no hot water AT ALL in the shower in the AM, and staff did not attempt to make it right. I left my contact information and they never responded."

"Everything was perfect except for Checking-In to get my room. Check-In time was 3pm. Got there a little after 2:45pm and was just seeing if our room was ready. The lady said not yet which was fine since I was initially early so I just sat and waited in front of the desk. By 3:50pm, I saw the lady grab her purse and leave so I went to other employee. I asked if my room was ready yet and he said that there were other rooms available so he quickly checked me in and I went up to my room. Why...

"The staff was friendly, kind and efficient."

"They have Bedbugs and tried to blame the guests and not their own incompetence I looked up on past reviews and it seems that they have this problem for the past decade. All they do is clean one room of the bugs and rent the other ones well the other ones being fogged which only makes them run into the walls and spread to other rooms so you're basically playing hot potato with the room you get I recommend leaving your room extremely cold so they don't bother you as I did"

"This hotel was one of the best I’ve stayed in. Staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond when we had to switch rooms due to allergies. Everything was clean and well maintained, and breakfast was so good. Highly, highly recommend staying here."

"Very well kept and great employees"
