"This place has gone down since the last time I was there. Dirty rooms. So many people hanging outside their rooms. Normally get a inside room. Pet hairs all over the floor & all the lady said was she'll get them to clean it. Tub & sink had hairs in it still. Had to put a towel on the floor to step ..."

"It was more the lack off!!! Bathtub had purple and black paint spilled in the tub,had no bath mates for inside the tub,only one bath towel no face towels, no ice bucket, and the ice machine on the second floor didn't work, no tray for the microwave,TV didn't work,pool was closed,phone didn't work. ..."
