"Staff are friendly- clean room- I have a bit of issue with smell- Brought my own Lavender room spray. It helps. Near the Grotto,which is good as I was with elderly. Bring your own thermos,if you are a chamommile tea person,as theres no kettle in the room. Although. I ask the night staff for a pot of hot water. Very kind male staff. Thanks to him. "The hotel staff were all very friendly, helpful and professional! The cleanliness of the room was impeccable. The room was quiet - no airport noise. Air conditioning was adequate. The location was close to the airport as well as a large, modern shopping mall, with E. Leclerc being the largest store. The mall also has a food court, with a nice variety of options. It is about a 10 min walk from the hotel. The shuttle to the airport is provided free by the hotel and is very punctual. The downside...
