"Parking misleading, and when i parked as told & went to pay, i got back with the receipt to display and had been fined by a parking officer. He had to be watching until i was out of sight as he booked me 2 minutes after i left it. I understood there was 15 minutes grace/ free parking. So my 2nd day ..."
