"Reaching the parking was tough. Very narrow roads. The room had lots of dust, which was irritating my eyes and throat constantly. It was really hot and stuffy. A portable fan was there but it was not enough for that kind of heat. Bathroom door does not close. The property was poorly lit. Receptionist was not helpful at all. She did nothing to make our stay comfortable. I asked If there was a fan, to which she replied she does not know. I later asked if the tap water was drinkable via message...

"What a stunning hotel - most people walk by the outside, not realizing that this is an amazing building from the 16th century. A walk into the main lobby, entry hallway and dining hall alone is amazing. The staff was extremely helpful, and the rooms were impeccably historic in detail down to the polished hardwood knotted floors. "Tolles Hotel für einen Kurztrip. Die Zimmer sind so romantisch, lediglich im Bad wäre eine Duschvorhang an der Badewanne von Vorteil. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und von der Auswahl her vollkommen ausreichend. Hier wäre nur etwas mehr Platz beim Zugang zum Buffet schön. Wir kommen gerne wieder:-)"
