The worst I’ve ever stayed at. Horrible service, staff, and dirty room. My 3 year old daughter got bedbug bites as soon as we walked in the room and laid on the bed. It also took the staff 2 days to bring the mini fridge to the room. Terrible hotel for the hype and price they charge.

Everything was over all great, but I hated how slow the pool service was and how they cut the size down of the chairs for whatever reason there were a little places to sit and enjoy the pool

I live here, and this is my go to hotel for my staycations. Everything is lovely, the adult pools are a really nice upgrade. The property is absolutely beautiful, love the lagoon pool for the kids. It’s heavenly here.
