"The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The adult pool was heated, which was a great feature, while the kids’ pool was not heated. Overall, the property was well maintained and enjoyable. My biggest complaint was the parking fee. Charging $75 per day for parking is excessive and significantly increased the cost of the stay. The parking price should be reconsidered."

"Restaurant out front was recommended and it was the worst experience ever- sat there for over 30 minutes with no one taking our drink order, not all the food came out, had to go and find the server to pay the bill as we never saw him after we placed our order, fought with us about using the coupon we were given by the hotel. The keycard to our room kept deactivating so we had to keep having it reactivated."
