Check in was a nightmare, we got there and the room wasn’t ready so we went and had lunch and the property said they would call us. I got a phone call from the property and when we returned the person at the front counter said they never called me the room wasn’t ready. This is really ridiculous. The woman at the front counter had an attitude issue. However the room was nice and clean.

Close to Cruise terminal, nice hotel staff at front desk very helpful! I wish the bar on the roof was open and that they had a restaurant on property besides the sandwich shop. There were 13 of us that had to walk a ways to eat dinner.

The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly. However, when we first asked for towels the next morning, they were hesitant to give us. We had just tracked 6 hours, had been at the beach so needed new towels. They don’t provide Kleenex but you can do your laundry and have a full kitchen.

Rooms and service at the hotel were great. The reception team were friendly and helpful. They just took a while to send me the payment link to make my deposit when I initially booked but apart from that everything was great. Will definitely visit again given the great location in Brickell as well
