The location was great and easy for sightseeing. However, the room was cold. The air conditioning seemed to be broken, as it didn’t blow warm air, making the night a bit uncomfortable. There were three elevators, but only one was operational, so it took some time to get downstairs. Despite the inconveniences, the excellent location made up for it, so overall, it was a good experience.

I rarely feel compelled to write a negative review. Even though this hotel was convenient to the cruise port, I would not stay here again. The staff were friendly, but the room was dirty. The carpet left the bottom of my socks brown, the vents have not been cleaned in quite some time, and the bathroom was dirty as well. The price of this room was far too expensive for what you get.
