When we arrived we were told that we had to wait while other guests were checked in, which we understood. I didn’t understand why it was taking an average of 20 minutes per guest or why the staff had time to chat for several minutes between checking guests in.

Great hotel to spend the night either before or after flight. The young man on the desk ( dark curly hair) was really welcoming, even though we arrived at 11.30 in the evening. Rooms are large and clean. Hotel needs a bit of TLC but there is a pool and breakfast is more than adequate. Value for money is excellent.

Wir waren schon öfter in diesem Hotel, eine längere Zeit aber nicht mehr. Es ist in die Jahre gekommen...auf unserem Flur war die ganze Auslegeware wellig....schwierig mit dem Koffer. Auch die Einrichtung müsste mal überholt werden. Possitiv: Frühstück Buffet; kostenlose Parkplatz; sowie großes Zimmer mit Vorflur, großes Bad. Auslegewarec

Hôtel bien situé à côté de l’aéroport. Très bien insonorisé. Nous n’avons entendu aucun avion décoller ou atterrir et pourtant nous étions très proches. Cependant je trouve le prix bien excessif pour l’hôtel. Best Western a beaucoup perdu en qualité je trouve en 5 ans (dernière année où nous sommes venus). Il est moyennement propre, très vieux. Je trouve que plus de 180€ la nuitée pour cet hôtel est exagéré. Petit déjeuner moyen.

I will stay here again. This was the best hotel experience i have had in a long time. They thought of many things to make the stay better. I was impressed that Abraham, the shuttle driver gave us a map of surrounding places to eat and shop near the hotel and also gave us menus for deluvery since we were hungry. They were very attentive during breakfast and kept the area very clean. The hotel was very clean and updated.

The property was ok. Convenient to the Airport. It’s old and needs to be updated. The continental complementary breakfast was sub par and I usually like Best Western breakfast. Staff was nice.

The room was clean, quiet, comfortable and the staff were really friendly. The property is a bit dated and there could be a bit of tlc - there was a bit of rust in the tub and some grout missing but it was clean. It was perfect for the night before a flight. Easy enough to get the free transportation to and from the airport. Plenty of Ubers around if you need to head out elsewhere. Cost about $35 to aventura mall. Had to pay $50 for some Amazon deliveries as they arrived early and had more than 10 which is fine but I didn’t see this on the Expedia page, it’s only on the hotel website. All deliveries were accounted for. I had forgotten about the included breakfast, but it looked ok as I rushed out to the airport!

As soon as I arrived, the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and very quiet; never heard an airplane! The staff arranged for my airport shuttle which was on time (with a courteous driver). I left early so I can't comment on breakfast. I absolutely would stay there again.

Location was walking distance to restaurant and convenience stores. Hotel was clean and quiet location. The view to the golf course was a plus.

We stayed here because we had an early flight the next day. it worked out so well. All the staff were very friendly and worked very hard to accommodate everyone. The room was modern and up to date and had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and coffee.

This property was very well maintained and the cleanliness was commendable. The staff was excellent. I personally loved the tub mat, something you don’t see in many hotels anymore. Airport shuttle was very efficient. Breakfast bar was a great convenience and very good.
