"The staff at Kamala are lovely and helpful. The views from balcony amazing and big aircon villa for low price. The sheets needed changing though which they were happy to do and there was no hand soap but they provided everything else wonderfully. I would stay again. There was no food provided and none close by but they were happy to give me a lift any where and airport pick up. renovations could be heard but still Good value for price."

"這是我住過最崩潰的別墅，從預訂到入住都是一場災難！平台與屋主資訊極度混亂：確認預訂後屋主一直失聯，不回電郵和訊息，但平台依然堅稱不能退款，咁我唯有"等"。直到入住當天 11:00，平台致電通知找不到屋主並安排更換，但通話了1小時都找不到近似的轉換給我。結果 12:51 當我趕去機場途中，平台又突發電郵叫我忽略之前訊息，說屋主出現了、預訂仍然有效，真係人都顛！接著，屋主傳來的資訊全部過期不實。原本說包含機場接送，怎知改口說不包，逼我登機前急忙自費約車；怎料落機時他又說幫我約了車，前後矛盾，極度混亂！屋況殘舊，衞生極差，有安全隱患：來到現場發現別墅很殘舊。房門鎖是爛的，根本無法好好鎖上。客廳的梳化、餐椅、所有洗手盆全部都有明顯污漬；泳池底部積聚大量沈澱物，骯髒得根本不能游。房間冷氣噪音極大，3樓房間不時有強烈渠味，地下房間晚上還會聽到外面的音樂噪音，完全無法好好休息。地理位置荒涼，交通限制嚴重隱瞞：別墅位於半山，極其荒涼。最離譜的是別墅提供的接駁車（Shuttle）只能送人下山，要上山是叫不到的！最後一天我們搭 Bolt...

"Pros: Resort & Location: Huge resort with a grand foyer, massive pool, beautiful gardens, and excellent proximity to Karon Beach and local shops/restaurants. Classic Vibe & Well-Maintained: Loved the traditional style with lots of wood and open spaces. You can see they work on maintenance (repainting, updating), which is no small task for a property this size. Staff: Excellent service, attentive and warm. Room: The Paradox Seaview Room was spacious for two and had a lovely outlook over the resort toward the beach. Cons: Initial Room Issue (Room 4022): Had a damp/mold smell that we initially put down to climate as a lot of hotels we’ve stayed in seem to have some mouldy smells in South East Asia , but power trips and heavy rain revealed a leak affecting the room and the electrics. Staff moved us promptly to 4029 for our final night, which was significantly cleaner better and noticeably free from mould smell. If you get room 4022 make sure you check prior to accepting the room. Bar Pricing: Drinks inside the resort are steep compared to local options right outside. A better longer happy hour (e.g. half-price drinks) would have encouraged us to stay onsite for drinks much more often. Breakfast Selection: The buffet is decent, but repetitive over a long stay (we were there 10 nights). Better layout and rotating menu options would be a welcome change."

"This Resort at Kata Beach was perfect for our group of 6. Close to the beach, restaurants, massage parlors, and shopping. The rooms are big and very clean. The restaurant food buffet is affordable and good. The pool bartender Nott is awesome, friendly and makes a great Pina Colada. Would recommend this Resort to anyone."

"This place far exceeded our expectations- the property is amazing and the staff super friendly and helpful. The lobby has the most amazing view over Patong bay. We first stayed in an oceanfront balcony room. The room was clean and spacious and right on the beachfront. There are 2 pools available to use but we noticed the infinity pool in the photos wasn’t available to us as it was for the villas. We decided to upgrade for our last 2 nights and it was so worth it. There is a private little club for the guests and the infinity pool was so nice. The staff were so attentive and we really enjoyed the complimentary happy hour and snacks. It’s out of Patong a little but it’s very easy to get a taxi or grab into town. It’s much nicer staying out of the busy centre of Patong. We also had Dinner at Gritti- I highly recommend it. It’s right on the oceanfront and the food was amazing. We also had the best waiter!"

"Had a wonderful stay at Baipho Lifestyle Hotel. The room was very clean, the breakfast was nice and delicious, and the staff were kind, friendly, and very helpful whenever we had questions. The location is very convenient, within walking distance of Patong Beach and the shopping mall. Highly recommended, I’d happily stay here again!"
