The location was great and walkable to the beach and shopping/dinning. The apartment was overall clean but looked old and had a smell. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking but the pots were in poor condition. After we have arrived and during the check-in, we have learned that all parking spots are reserved. This was not communicated to us. The person at the reception was rude, non-apologetic, and said that we signed the registration card which contained that information regarding potential unavailability of the parking. He also said that if we choose to cancel the reservation, there will be no refund.

The hotel is located in a quiet residential neighborhood but very close to Lincoln road and other attractions. Outside of a few small things, we very much enjoyed our stay here. It is very good for family travel.

Perfect If you have an event at the Miami Beach convention center it’s a walk across the street Shopping and restaurants on Lincoln Road There’s also a few night spots on Lincoln Road Supermarkets Trader Joe’s and Publix (3) Fresh Market Regal movies (18) on Alton road Of course there’s fast food and a new favorite Canes ( chicken ) Well that’s about it

My family and I have stayed here multiple times. The location is close to everything, shops, beach and walking distance to everything you need for your stay. The staff is professional and always amazing. The location is private and offers many options for larger families. Price is great!

Overall nice hideaway in Miami Beach

The hotel was clean. Staff very welcoming and accommodating. My husband is disabled and I failed to mention that fact but they took great care of us. The cons was that you could hear everything thru the walls and it was kinda loud.In front of our room was the smoking section and the smell did creep into the room. Other than that it was a good stay. Would recommend if you don’t mind hearing other people going about life.

This place is a gem. I’m a native to Miami Beach and this is a perfect location, safe and quiet. It’s not in the thick of the madness but you are in the heart. The bed was so comfortable and the housekeeping and property were immaculate.

The property's location was great! It is near tons of shops and outlets in South Beach. The apartment itself was okay. We had a garden-level place, so local bugs were in our bathroom. Our bathroom shower sucked; it sprayed water everywhere. Overall, the property was solid.

Great Option, good value

Very spacious accommodation, close to shops, bars restaurants - spoiled for choice! Stayed two night, first night was a little noisy but this did not overlap to the next night.
