This hotel was just average. It is Definity old. If your room is on the ends, it will take at least 30 minutes for you to get hot water!! And even then, it's not really hot. Drury Plaza Hotel Cincinnati Florence
No matter which staff, they were all very friendly and helpful. Always said hello with a smile on their faces and asked how everything was going throughout our stay. We loved the option of afternoon snacks and the popcorn was a plus.
