"We had an ocean view. Our room was very clean. The staff was GREAT! The food was amazing.
I missed not having the amazing chili they no longer had for the nachos. The pico was excellent!
I’m so glad it is still a family friendly environment. I love that they still have games for the kids at the pool several times a day!
Also love that they offer fruit such as grapes and strawberries for the afternoon, as it gets hot. Also the free juice water all day!

"There was no water in the room , room service didn’t answer in the morning to order coffee , trod 5 times they keep transferring me and finally gave up , I won’t stay there again "
"The property was very beautiful. Location was amazing. The restaurants and bars around were fun and good food but the valet parking is ridiculous its very expensive and you have to walk around the corner to get your car and bring your luggage and carry it very inconvenient for such a nice hotel."
"Property was pretty nice. Only issue was the cleanliness of the room. There was hair in the shower and sink. And toilet was dirty. Floors looked like they hadn’t been mopped and Carpet was not vacuumed. The shower knob was loose and came off the last day of our stay. "
"Hotels.com and this hotel refused to respond to inquiries. Their customer service process is so fractured, we were unable to address our concerns about a reservation for weeks. End result, they charged for a stay I wasn’t even able to check in. I reached out multiple occasions to cancel or address the issue. Beyond offended by both organizations.
