"I rarely take the time to write reviews, but I wanted people to know just how great my experience was at The Meridian Hotel and with MINE Hospitality. What impressed me most was how attentive they were when something didn’t go quite as planned. Problems can happen anywhere, but it’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about making things right. They listened, responded immediately, and made sure I was happy with the outcome. Beyond the excellent customer service, I had an amazing time. Great atmosphere, great location, and a staff that truly understands hospitality. I would definitely stay at The Meridian again. "Property was clean modern and the staff was great. Bar was very good and drinks were well made. Staff was very accommodating. Public road construction in front of the hotel was inconvenient and made check in arrival and parking inconvenient. The Location has good shopping and restaurants nearby. Would recommend. Great value for price and location."
