Stayed in the Vegas room and there was no soap or shampoo provided. Also I had booked the room for the jet tub which didn’t work. Tried calling the number provided for the property but it didn’t work. Will not stay there again.

Ein paar Tage in eine andere Welt. Abtauchen. Das ist hier möglich gewesen. Liebevoll gestaltete Zimmer und ein ganz tolles Restaurant (ebenso toll gestaltet) mit sehr freundlichen und bemühtem Personal. Wir wohnten im Zimmer Death Valley, was sehr einfallsreich und schön im Stil des amerikanischen Westens gestaltet war. Auch wenn nicht alle Ausstattung und Dekoration praktisch war und einige Dekoelemente leider schon etwas mit Staub belegt waren, war das Zimmer schön und gemütlich. Der Zimmerservice war freundlich, aber zuweilen wäre etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit schön gewesen. So wurden zum Beispiel die Handtücher nicht getauscht, und am zweiten Tag fehlte plötzlich ein großes Handtuch. Da aber sonst wirklich alles gut passte nachdem wir den Herrn vom Housekeeping angesprochen habenund wir uns wirklich wohl gefühlt haben, nahmen wir das hin. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und einfallsreich. In dem wirklich toll gestalteten Gastraum im Stile der Siebzigerjahre in den USA fühlten wir uns wohl. Auch wenn wir nicht die volle Punktzahl geben, würden wir dort wieder hinfahren.

Einzigartig, wird aber keine Wiederholung geben

Die Zimmer sind sicher eizigartig. Das fehlen von Sitzmöglichkeit(en) oder Tisch ist allerdings befremdlich. Einzigartig ist auch, das man bei Buchungen über Expedia /Booking per E Mail aufgefordert wird ein online check-in auszufüllen, allerdings nicht als Option, sondern als Muss! (Da sonst vor Ort kein check-in möglich ist----unmöglich!)

An sich ist das Motel eine ideale und sehr ansprechende Übernachtungsmöglichkeit. Soweit so gut; was mich trotzdem abgeschreckt hat, war die mangelhafte Ausstattung mit Geschirr am Buffet etc. Täglich hat etwas Anderes gefehlt, Brotmesser, Brot war nicht mit Serviette versehen (Hygiene), kleine und große Löffel und Schüsseln fehlten, unsauberes Geschirr. Das überwiegend junge Personal war weitgehend mit dem Erfüllen eigener Bedürfnisse beschäftigt .Sie bedienten sich vom Buffet der Gäste, ist ein now go!!! und speisten mit im Restaurant. Andere Mitarbeiter(Lieferdienst) schnitten sich die Brötchen der Gäste am Buffet auf, belegten sie üppig und steckten diese anschließend in die Jackentaschen. Da fragt man sich, warum auch das Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis sehr angespannt ist. Ich möchte nicht noch mehr Dinge beschreiben. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und werde mir in Zukunft eine andere "Bleibe" suchen. P.S. ich bin zwar kein "Kontrollfreak", vielleicht sollte die Leitung des Motel seine Mitarbeiter doch gelegentlich kontrollieren. Und ein freundliches "Guten Morgen kommt sicher auch Jedem über die Lippen. (Wo sind wir nur hingeraten!)

Großes Zimmer mit einem sehr großen bequemen Bett, großer Whirlpool im Zimmer leider war der Whirlpool nicht so wie erwartet, wenig Sprudel und es hat sich etwas gestunken beim anmachen des Sprudel. Die Heizung war im Zimmer wurde leider nicht richtig warm und es fehlten auch Sitzmöglichkeiten. Kosmetikartikel so wie in der Anzeige waren leider auch nicht da. Das Mobiliar war schon älter. Toll war der Billardtisch mitten im Zimmer. Alles in allem war das Zimmer ok. Habe es über Expedia auch günstiger bekommen den der Normalpreis wäre für das Zimmer und die Ausstattung nicht gerechtfertigt gewesen.

Betten sehr bequem, Bettzeug, Dusche, Wc etc. sehr sauber; abgesehen vom Straßenverkehr angenehm ruhig; Balkon, Blick ins Grüne, Vogelgezwitscher - alles gut. Manko: etwas beengt, Tür zum Balkon lässt sich nicht ganz öffnen, zwei bequeme Stühle oder kleine Sessel wären super, haben aber leider keinen Platz im Zimmer (Klappstühle auf dem Balkon?); Schrank oder Kommode wären auch nett; mir war nicht klar, dass alle Zimmer Themenzimmer sind, „Sheriff and Jail“ hätte ich sicher nicht gewählt!
