"We booked a room through Expedia that was advertised as having a sea view and a balcony. Our receipt after payment also confirmed this. However, upon arrival, we were given a room with neither a sea view nor a balcony. To this day, we do not know whether the issue was due to incorrect listing information on Expedia or a mistake on the host’s side."

"The owner Lello is an amazing human being. The view is out of this world and everything was spotless, modern, just straight up built better than everything in the US at this price range. Super impressed by Lello, his team, and by this country."

"Very clean property in amazing location with ~20 minute bus ride to Positano."

"Felice was very attentive and responsive to us. She made sure our stay in Piano de Sorrento was a pleasant one. We needed some extra pillows and she made sure we had them within the hour. Room was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to nice cafes and restaurants for meals. Close to train station (walking). Area was clean and safe. She even arranged our transportation to ferry from hotel. Excellent hostess!"
