"Property wasn’t properly cleaned prior to our arrival. Hair strands all over the place. The bathroom shower didn’t make sense at all, water was just running all over the place everytime after showering. I was charged extra upon arrival for the extra guests. Location is decent, close to everything by car. "

"The front desk gentlemen and staff were wonderful. (Mario and Stephan?) forgive me if I have the name wrong. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. Excellent customer service!!!! They assist with airport transfer and excursion suggestions. The property is beautiful and clean. 15 min from the airport. The rooms are minimalistic but very nice/ modern. Robes and slippers are ready for you on arrival. They have an iron and steamer available. (Just ask). The breakfast was wonderful and...

"We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The caldera views were absolutely breathtaking and the hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff were wonderful, friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. Sofia and John were very helpful with anything we needed. They made our stay very pleasant.
Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and everything we tried was delicious.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a...
