"The property itself is quite dated compared to the photos available. The staff however were great in resolving a room issue and for this reason alone I would consider a second stay. The hotel is about 20 minutes from Niagara fall and 25 minutes from Niagara on the lake. It’s a great place to base yourself for both those activities. "

"The room was very nice, clean, spacious and well appointed. Staff were excellent checking providing dinner options and directions. Hot breakfast the next day was a real plus (sausages, eggs,waffles, etc) Although a short walk to major attractions this area is old and at the end of the strip. Walk to Fallsview Casino was 15 min. We did not appreciate the $20 parking fee in a lot owned by the hotel. There was no security, etc so fee did not make sense. You could park across the street for $5....

"Great place to stay considering Niagara Falls is not all that as portrayed online or by marketing. The staff is great and really helpful, I would recommend this spot to anyone. The waterpark is surely small and simple but does justice for children. My 10yr old daughter enjoyed it. Thank you Wendy at front desk, Lolita as well! Boston Pizza and Fields has decent food, the parking fee as others complain about is not that serious, I rather pay for safety. "

"we stayed for 2 nights, it was wonderful! the staff was very helpful and fast, our room was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We did self parking which was a little bit of a walk but nothing crazy. The elevator situation can be vexing sometimes, just very busy with so many people going all different ways, but nothing severe! Overall an amazing hotel, will definitely consider the next time I return to Niagara Falls!"
